Post doc positions

Post doc position at the Department of Cognitive Biology

This 5-years position is jointly announced by Prof. Dr. Thomas Bugnyar and Prof. Dr. Sonia Kleindorfer and shall intensify the cooperation between the Department of Cognitive Biology and Behavioural Biology at the Konrad Lorenz Research Station Grünau.

We search for a researcher with expertise in social information processing/transmission and a sincere interest in studying animals in their natural environments, notably ravens and greylag geese. The successful candidate will be primarily based at the Konrad Lorenz Research Station, Grünau im Almtal, Austria. Preference will be given to applicants with expertise in field work, tracking/bio-logging, bioacoustics, and/or information processing.

Extent of Employment: 40.0 hours/week.
